We follow the corporate governance standards set out by GlencoreXstrata plc.
The GlencoreXstrata Board establishes and reviews the group’s sustainability programme (GlencoreXstrata Corporate Practice) globally and its members receive regular reports on key performance indicators, critical and high-risk incidents and progress of the programme.
At a business unit level, our sustainability performance is monitored and evaluated by Xstrata Copper SD Committee, which meets monthly. Through Xstrata Copper’s board of directors, our performance is regularly reported to GlencoreXstrata.
